TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 250 miles southeast of Mexico's California. Forecasters are expecting that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving in a west-northwesterly direction
